Things get not only controversial but dangerous till the government steps in and takes the drug off the street completely. While harshly enforcing their decision. A year later and it's gotten a lot quieter but people feel it's just the calm before the storm. Following a group of former VIX drug addicts and their struggle with using and suffering from everything that's happened because of it.
