This is Chelse Ambers story. She's a 17 year old girl who lives in Florida. She has had to deal with the loss of one of her best friends which doesn't help in her cutting situation. She is also bullied in school, and her parents don't give a flying fuck about her. They decide to move to South Dakota to get more money with their job. So Chelsea has to move away from the only friend she has, Tori. Tori is her best friend who loves Justin Bieber. Chelsea isn't really a fan.
In South Dakota, Chelsea faces new challenges and meets new people, and perhaps some one famous. What will the rest of her life be like? Will it get better and she stops cutting, or worse to where she just can't take it anymore and decides to end it all? Will she find another true friend, or even love?
