More of an inspiration of Harley Quinn.
Harley isn't her real name but it's the one she has earned. The cute but physco girl known as Harley loves to kill, but the only way to do it and get away with it is to do it semi-legally under an organization of sorts, The Underground. Mission after mission, Harley becomes a well known assassin and has been put up for a mission she may or may not be able to fulfill.
CEO of one of the biggest busnisses in history and secret gang leader, Vaughn Wild, is now under The Underground's radar for suspicious money transfers and multiple disappearances and deaths in that area. Harley's quest is to find out exactly what's going on and put an end to it. And if she doesn't...
Her own life will come to an end.
