In Washington D.C lived two best friends. Rebels, they would never listen to orders. They played by their own rules. Even their parents had given up on trying to control them. On top of that, they had a knack for manipulating people. If you think they are your average evil and mean popular girls, you are anything but correct. Lillith Collins and Scarlett Beaumont are anything but normal.

They have strange powers that they can't sometimes control but don't speak up about it. Until one day, Devon sees them. Devon, the world class villian that gets everything he wants. Seeing that Lillith and Violet have powers, he takes interest in them and manipulates them into joining the a group he has created. The Powerful Teenagers group, a group of teenagers with special powers.

Devon wants to take over the world with his little army of teenagers with powers. And the teenage group that have all being promised something important to their hearts are more then happy to do so.

But, Nathan, a teenager with powers has raised his own little group of teenagers with powers aswell. And his group fights to stop Devon's.
