‘The shadow turns to me and when it’s facing me fully I notice it’s a giant black wolf. As our eyes lock the wolfs eyes seem to widen when it sees me. I notice the blood soaking its jawline and the dead body of a wolf lying on the dirty forest floor.’

Eliza Johnson has had a normal life since day one, best friends, happy family, good grades. She has it all.

No, not has. Had.

She's in a car crash. Her family dies, she pushes her friends away and she can't care less about school. That night something changed for her though and when the bad boy suddenly takes a liking to her she knows it's for the worse.

She tries and tries to ignore him but he seems to be everywhere she goes and can't take her mind off him. Getting sick of it she gets boyfriend after boyfriend to distract her but they don't stay long, he scares them all off.

Is there possibly a spark of hope that can set their love on fire, or will the spark burn it all?

51 parts Complete

A genetically unique but emotionally lost teenager must figure out who she is within her mixed-up, warring world of Shifters and Wolfstalkers. ***** It wasn't Maddie's choice to be born a half-breed, half Shifter, half Wolfstalker -- a hunter of Shifters -- and it wasn't her choice to keep her identity a secret. But after trying to attend high school like any normal sixteen-year-old, things quickly spiral south when her Stalker uncle finds out about her and catapults her out of anonymity and into the awareness--or possibly the crosshairs--of The Order of the Wolfstalker. Maddie must think fast and figure out a way to keep herself and her family safe, or risk losing everything. Including her life. [[word count: 70,000-80,000 words]]
