A girl who has been called chubby her whole life. By everyone. She wants to be a model; thinking it might make her pretty and people would stop calling her names and laughing at her for thinking she had a career in modeling. So she applies to a modeling school. At the hospital he makes friends with four other children his age with the same type of cancer. They decide to fight their cancer together. They become the best of friends.
