One year after Bucky Barnes willingly went into cryo, and his release from Hydra's mental games, Steve Rogers has done nothing but wait for his best buddy.
Practically ditching the Avengers, Steve has dropped his title all for the sake of living a normal life and spending his days teaching Bucky how to use modern household items, as well as trying all he can to trigger his friend's memory.
