My stories are organized by emotional theme, beginning with one story about emotion in general, and then moving through stories expressing distractedness, frustration, argument, love, fear, grief, sadness, humor, innocence, and self-love. About a year ago, I discovered my love for the short story and decided to build a collection of shorter works. I'm so glad I did; the variety of plots, characters, and settings I got to explore taught me so much, and I am beyond pleased with what I have to share. He brings her pain, pleasure and happiness but will it last? She loves him but can she handle his pain, struggles and burden that he carries, the pressure of his father wanting him to follow behind his footsteps. - I love him. Maya has had a rough past. From her parents dying, to being abused by her step dad, to jumping from foster home to foster home can be a lot for a teenager. But when she goes to live with one of her old friends things change. Maya is gonna learn to be herself again and to love again. She hasn't been herself in a long time and hasn't loved anyone in a while. After her parents died who else is there to love? This story is called the broken can love again.
