Lily Walker works in an office, doing the same old stuff every day- making sales, taking phone calls, doing paperwork, and going out to lunch with her mates. At almost 26, the Manchester native is just doing what she can to get by in London - she doesn't want to work in sales forever. Her aspiration is to be a manager for a professional football club. Being a huge football fan, Lily knows everything that goes on in the Premier League. When Arsène Wenger's 20-year reign at Arsenal comes to an end in November after a poor start to the season, she sees it as an excellent opportunity to make her dreams a reality. She's applied for numerous Prem manager jobs in the past, but no club ever contacted her about her CV. She assumes the Gunners will have the same response, but her life is changed forever when she is offered an interview.
Upon being appointed the Arsenal boss, Lily sets new records - becoming both the youngest top-flight manager in history, and the first female manager in English senior men's football. She's also thrown into a difficult situation at the club. Unhappy fans are doubtful of her ability to run the club, and are depending on her to change things. Being a woman, she is harassed by her own fans, rival fans, other managers, and the media. The board is expecting a fifth-place finish above Tottenham, but fans are demanding that she show her worth by winning the league, or at least the FA Cup.
And so, Lily begins her journey through the Premier League, FA Cup, and the Champions League. She also develops a close relationship with her players, repairing squad chemistry and improving player form. Her squad becomes her second family, and together, she, the captain, and the rest of the lads work towards restoring the greatness the club once had.
It's a heavy burden for a young woman. But Lily is ready to bring glory to Arsenal. She's ready to compete with names like Mourinho, Guardiola, and Klopp, and break the unwritten rule that only men can be managers.

After crossing the first phase of love, they now stand at the edge of a new journey-one that will test their hearts and devotion in ways they never imagined.
"Like the moon awaits the sun after a long night, her heart held onto his light through every shadow and silence."
