Tara Jackson is a normal 16 year old girl and nothing ever happens to her but she wishes it does. Then the days come when loads of bad thing happen to her, at least something bad has to happen to her but she did not expect it like this.
First of all she tries out for a boarding school, her mum has a stroke and her new best friend does something she does not want to think is true and now she wishes everything was back to normal. But when her mums is fighting for her life in the hospital and she gets to the Boarding school how is she going to take care of her mum and see her to support her the whole way, and who is going to help is she going to go through this forever?
And then there was a guy, Luke he changed her whole perspective. He let her see things differently, it of got here in a little bit of trouble. But is he making forget about her life or does she not trust in herself.

What is driving her insane though is that he's only too cold when it comes to her. After some not so pleasant moments and lots of glares, she tells herself that the best is to stay away from him, but it won't be that easy. After a disastrous kiss and hidden jealousy, she finds herself deeply involved into what is this frustrating boy. Add to that the fact that he is her roommates' childhood best friend and you can see drama from miles away. Noah claims to hate her ever since they met, and he doesn't mean her first day of college. He remembers her just fine from a couple of years ago and all the feelings are back. He knows she doesn't remember him and he'll use this as his leverage to do what he has to do. Parts of those two stories do intervene and they share the same timeline. I suggest you read them both, but again it's not crucial for understanding each one of them. Also, the story is not suitable for those younger than 18 since it includes mature scenes of sex, violence, abuse etc., which are not by any means condoned by the author.
