The Princess and the Rebel

"Evelyn is her name," He remembered as he peered through the brush over to the princess. She sat, wearing the most magnificent dress he had ever laid eyes on. Her golden hair fell down her shoulders in loose waves. She was beautiful. He shook his head, reminding himself why he was there, in the palace gardens, in the first place. He swallows, crouching down onto his knees as he looks around for any guards. Only a few stood near his prize. He moved his hand up just slightly, waving it to signal his men to move forward. It was time to kidnap the princess.
