-- Scarlett stared at the dingy, torn, decrepit walls of the orphanage as the years passed by slowly. Her hope diminishing as each anniversary passed, showing no signs of change and no future ahead. Now, Scarlett is seventeen and preparing to leave the orphanage and start her life over, ready to push her past to the backburner. Unbeknownst to her, seventeen will bring momentous change - more than she could have imagined - which include a change of scenery and a chance to start over.
