Celestial Dragons are stupid, arrogant, pig-headed idiots. Anyone who's seen them will tell you that their evil rude idiots. They will also tell you that if you see them, run. Not because of them themselves, but because if they chose to, they could put you on the world's most wanted list, and make you a slave. Let's just say if the weird woman who suddenly showed up on decks words were true, Luffy would rather die.
