Going back to Doncaster was always lovely - to see the faces of all those he knew and loved.

"It's a good thing you guys don't ask any questions." I look down at the young boy who spoke, who's hands are tied tightly together. Twelve, thirteen at the most, I'm guessing. He walks into the forest with two adults, one male, and one female. I smirk down at them from my tree as I slowly climb onto a nearby branch of another tree. I leap across the branches, from tree to tree, as I make my way towards where I know the boys will be waiting. ******************************* Liz Murphy is not a normal girl, with her sparkling brown eyes, and her long pitch black hair. Abandoned by her parents at twelve years old, she's learned to live on her own. She had grown up in the Enchanted Forest until she found a magic bean at fourteen. She went to the most magical place she could think of. Neverland. Although it's not all that special, she has grown to love it. Her short encounters with the boys were straight to the point. She stays on her small side of the island, they stay on theirs. She listened for the first year, but got used to breaking the rules after she got used to the island. She hasn't gotten to get to know Pan, mostly because he probably hates her guts (or so she thinks). Now of course the time they grow close will be on behalf of the Truest Believer. Living in a military family and being the only girl in the family can have its toll on most girls, but not Alex. Alex enjoyed the training and enjoyed annoying her older brothers. But that perfect little fantasy of a family life she had changed when a war starts in the Usa, and Alex is shipped off to become a nurse and to be forced to grow up and become an adult. With a change of events, Alex is woken up on a beach in Neverland where it is run by an evil fairytale character, Peter Pan, and his lost boys. Both Peter and Alex are in for a surprise for as much as Peter wants to deny it; Peter is no longer the smartest Trickster in Neverland. Innocence (OUAT/Peter Pan)
A girl doomed before her own birth to be violently wanted by every person in her entire world, and then imprisoned for her entire life starting at age 5, of course wants nothing more than to escape. His Shadow is called to her, and takes her to Neverland, where she gets her freedom. And when you give an evil boy an innocent girl, opposites attract. I love the TV series, but I think Peter Pan should get to love somebody, so here's who and here's how they fell in love, as I believe it should go.
