With lost memories, James is forced to adjust to life within the six thick, grey walls that are said to protect him. He's not alone, of course, as he's surrounded by many other kids who can't remember their past. His wish to see the outside world was granted, but what lay out there was nothing but the aftermath of a great tragedy James, now wishing to be back within the walls, is now traveling by foot, aiming for the next building of safety. The Dodecagon. With a few others, he's fighting for his life, and also seeking to reunite with a friend. The elements are overwhelming, the dangers are everywhere, and there aren't many places to hide from it all. Life and Death are now in the hands of Chance, where also lies the fate of the Earth that was ruined years ago.

The world has fallen into ruin. The dead roam the streets, but they aren't the only monsters left. In a world where survival is dictated by greed and betrayal, trust is a dangerous illusion. Jack never wanted to be a leader, but when the undead rise and society crumbles, he has no choice but to fight. With a group of survivors bound by fear and desperation, he must navigate a world where every step could be his last. The undead are relentless, but the living? They're far worse. As the lines between ally and enemy blur, Jack realizes that survival isn't just about fighting the undead-it's about facing the darkness within. In a world where death is inevitable, the real question is: how far will you go to live?
