The hunter life is a dangerous one, and the Faithwell family had been it since the beginning of their lineage, where their faith in heaven in heaven and that god in his angels will protect them from hell and Lucifer and his demons was the only other thing other then killing monsters that kept them going.
At least until the newest addition to the family, Annabeth Faithwell turned sixteen, demons came and tortured and killed all of them before an explosion went off, leaving Annabeth as the only survivor, left with a message to protect the Winchester family.
But it wasn't until she was a senior in college when that message started to make sense, seeing as Sam and Dean Winchester came and asked her to join them in the hunt for their father, which was more of a whirlwind then any of them expected.
Especially when Dean and Annabeth get so close that not even death will be able to keep them apart.
