Mercy

She led him on. Treated him like a puppet. He liked it, but he thought it was something else. They had two different definitions but only one was correct, and that ended with him getting hurt. Now he's called mercy. He's done with her sick love games. She misses him and now she wishes she had defined it his way. Maybe none of this would have happened if she didn't screw with his brain. Maybe they'd still be holding each other tight. After all that's what they both wanted. But she just didn't know it at the time.
