A Lost Cause

Ebany Swanson was a normal girl, popular, captain of the cheerleading team, and the girlfriend of the captain of the football team, but then everything changed. On the night of the dance her brother and her get into a hug fight. Then out of nowhere someone grabs her and puts something over her mouth. Ebany faints and when she wakes up, she awakes to see a bloody knife in her hand and her brothers dead limb body. With her finger prints on the blade, and her argumentative ways with her brother, she has nothing to go on. The judge comes to a decision that she's gone mentally insane, and she's put into an insane asylum. Ebany's life goes to Hell, but what happens when she encounters a handsome boy with twisted promises that wrap around her heart. Is it right to have a dark romance in such a twisted place? Should Ebany continue to fight her way out or should she succumb to the fact that she really just might be A Lost Cause..
