Skin and Bones (5SOS)

Moving.

I've done it 4 times before, and here I am, 17 years old, doing it again. It makes me nervous, all of the packing of clothing and transporting of furniture. But this time, it's for good.

My mom got tired of my self-destructive attitude. She flat out told me she couldn’t take it anymore. It was probably just her 4th glass of wine talking, but the next morning she stuck to it. She’s shipping me off to Australia to live with my dad’s family, the Hemmings.

My dad has been out of the picture for 11 years now. He left my mom and me, going to a new family. A new house. A new life, somewhere in the UK.

I’m originally from the Bay Area, in California. San Francisco to be specific. Now I’m going to have to get used to a whole new life, partway around the world.
