Some people say that dreams are just dreams. Nothing, as unsubstantial as mist, dissipating within seconds. Others see them as prophecies, visions of the future, that they need to be analyzed and interpreted to gleam even the smallest details from them.
Sammy Sauerteig has decided they are a little bit of both.
Sammy always wanted to have all the answers. If she had a dream, the minute she woke up she was searching up the meaning, and she always found reasoning behind them.
But then there was one dream she could never quite figure it out. It always came back for her, night, after night, after night. It always went the same way. Until it didn't.
And somehow that unsettled Sam more than the dream ever did.

I dug this put of my freshman year English folder on Google Drive and decided to dust it off and make it into something new :) I'm attempting to make it somewhat of a psychological thriller, because that's what awkward freshman me tried to do, thanks for reading!

Angela simply doesn't know that it is only the beginning and maybe the path would lead her even deeper into the darkness, but not that kind of darkness she thought of. By trying to put her life in order, she only messes up things more. Weird coincidences bring her from one point to another. She started having strange dreams. Some people on the street look at her a funny way. And to add to those problems, she doesn't know where she belongs and with whom. Her head tells her one thing, but her heart tells her otherwise. Her life is simply a mess. Her dreams keep getting weirder and weirder that she started question her own sanity and speculate if any of her dreams are really dreams. Besides, after all strange occurences and déjà vu moments life around her goes on as if nothing ever happened. How is it even possible? Unless, of course she is connected to the other world in a very direct way. As time seems to pass by however, she realizes that sometimes it's best to accept the things you cannot change, and move forward with the things you can. I will come visit you every night and leave before the sun rises." I stared at him. Belong only to him? I wouldn't have a boyfriend. Would he make me do things I didn't want to do? Would he get mad one day and eat me? But I couldn't think about that right now. It was either this or die. I sighed so I could speak clearly. "Yes." One night, a creature snuck into Sammy's bedroom. Instead of choosing to eat her, he offers her a once in a lifetime opportunity. Sammy's life has been going downhill since her father's passing. So her agreeing to belong to this creature was just the tip of the iceberg. Soon she becomes involved in a world she never knew existed. During a dangerous case with Sam and Dean something goes wrong and Castiel goes missing, this isn't like the other times Cas has disappeared, this is different, it's strange even for Cas. With Castiel gone Dean doesn't eat or sleep he just drinks and prays wondering if Cas can hear him. Day and night he checks the newspapers and police reports from every city, and county in the US for any sign of the trench coat angel. With no leads things become even more bleaker. Dean throws himself down a hole, and Sam is becoming increasingly worried about about Dean so he seeks out help from from another angel to see if they know anything about the whereabouts of Castiel. Castiel is lost he doesn't know where he is or who he is. He just goes where his feet take him. He never eats or sleeps but he doesn't he have to, he doesn't know why he doesn't eat and it doesn't bother him much cause it would just slow him down. He remembers nothing about Sam or Dean or even himself for that matter, but something is itching at the wall in the back of his head trying to break through, it wants to get out but can't. He gets fragments of things every so often but they are of pain and torture and a redhead he doesn't know the name of. One day a pleasant memory comes through the cracks in his wall he can't place where it came from. The only thing he knows is he needs to find the man with the stunning green eyes.
