After Harley Quinn is sent back to prison, she starts having trouble with the guards and Amanda Waller. She thought Waller would make prison a little more homey, but it's not. However, her faith in her puddin' is still strong, especially when he sends her a secret message saying that he is coming to break her out of jail.
Meanwhile, The Joker has gone mad without his queen. Well, madder. He can't think straight without her. She's a drug to him and he needs her back. He will turn this entire world upside down to find her.
When the Kind and Queen of Gotham run free again, spray painting walls and robbing banks are only the beginning of it. But Amanda Waller has plans of the Joker joining Task Force X. Her Suicide Squad is about to get a whole lot crazier.
