Eric Edgeman is a killer for hire. One must simple send him a letter with a valid reason for wanting a person dead, a picture of said person, and a minimal payment of thirty dollars to get the deed done. However, there is one rule; he will never accept a target that is a child. So, what happens when a little girl sends him a letter, and picture, saying that she is the target?

Little Sara McCallister isn't a normal child. At nine years of age, she has abilities that no one could ever dream of having. However, because of these abilities, she knows things that she shouldn't, sees things that she shouldn't, and fears that she'll be the downfall of everything. So, as a last hope, she sends a letter to a killer that she knows through her abilities, hoping that he can put a stop to her before anything terrible happens.
