Ariel isn't all that different from any other 16 year old . But she seems to think that she has too be different. She has to be spontaneous. Deep inside her she harbors deep insecurities . She over goes a lot of stuff that a 16 year old shouldn't be used to. She is sent away from her parents because they can't "handle" her anymore . She's been in juvy twice. Her parents send her to California to her aunt to change her "ways". Over her time here she meets this guy who doesn't entice her at first but becomes fond of his geeky, nerdy ways. She is bond to make him her new "project". Or will she be his new "project".
