Lies. We were all lied to as little girls. Every time our dad's said monsters lived under our beds, they lied. Cause the only monsters I've ever known live in my head. I'm psycho. I know but no one else has to. Maricela Ruiz isn't your normal 17 year old. She's been through things no one should ever be through. She's been through so much pain she's almost numb but everyday she puts on a smile, cute clothes and perfect hair just to make sure no one sees through her facade. Lucas Winters. He would have anyone tremble at his name. Girls throw themselves on him. But he has his eyes out for one. Maricela. But as far as she is concerned, no more boys. They've done enough harm.
