Taking a bite of my pancakes my thoughts turned to my friends, Callie who had been my best friend since pre school, I gave her half my sandwich one day her mum forgot to pack hers and we had been besties ever since and Maddi she was the humour of of our group no matter the situation she always knew what to say to make us laugh. Then my thoughts turned to Jake. Jake Pitcher was the guy I had had a crush on ever since I could remember. He was smoking hot, popular and the guy every girl wanted to be with. The only problem was that no one knew I existed, let alone Jake. So this was the year that I was going to finally getting over my crush on him. This was going to be my year and there was no way I would let a silly crush ruin it for me.
