A Dime a Dozen
Warning: this book contains nonsensical stories. All fiction, but not necessarily connected. Boop. Just for funzies. This is a compilation of shorts that are unrelated, mostly. Cute, funny, sad, emotional whatever was in my head and I was in the mood to write. Dragons, magic, romance, friendship, family, fights, fights with family- these are all over the place. Names may be used in more than once, but that doesn't mean the stories are related (it just means I really like the name, :p ); however, some shorts may get additions or elaborations or show up in other works, but unless stated other wise, THEY ARE NOT RELATED. Boop. Read at your own risk, but don't fall in love with the characters. I promise no additions. Feel free to leave comments and ask questions or straight up beg for me to write more about some characters. Who knows? I may be merciful and oblige.

The Suggestion Box, Volume 3: One Thousand Words
In this edition of The Suggestion Box, I made some changes to the solicitations for each piece: (UPDATE: I have gone through and added, in parentheses, the genre of each "short story", if that helps! You'll see that there is a variety... be sure to read them all!) 1. Titles--All the segments have titles now, giving them a real sense of "short story." It also helped me differentiate between those lists that fit better as continuations for either my longer story arc (available here under the title "Serenity's Light") or separate entities. 2. Images--All segments came with an associated image from the outset, giving me added fuel for inspiration. 3. Word Limit--I set myself a goal of "one thousand words" to go with each list. Very often I exceeded it, but it also gave the opportunity for more development than just a quick "one-off," as it were. The "chapters" in this series are all strictly self-contained and (except in the case of a few) are unrelated to each other. Enjoy!Complet
Seven Ages of Something
For camp NaNoWriMo in April I decided to write seven short stories each one set later in history and with an older main character than the one before. Some of these stories have worked very well I think and others less well but I'm offering then all here with only basic editing. 1. The horse conjurer - A little girl in the stone age sees art in a new way 2. Hair the colour of the dawn - A story of Viking America based on an Icelandic saga seen from both a European and a native American point of view. 3. Undiscovered talents - In Victorian England a young woman finds that she can challenge men in a way that surprises them. 4. Love letters - Set in the present day a man makes a discovery in the aftermath of his father's funeral. 5. Neighbours - Millions of people live in one huge building but hardly ever see their neighbours. A chance meeting can change someone's life. 6. Running to stand still - On semi - terraformed Callisto you have to keep moving to stay under the Sun or the freezing night will catch you. 7. Rock of Ages - Billions of years from now the expanding Sun has nearly engulfed the Earth. Explorers look for a treasure left behind after the Exodus.Complet

Tales Under Moonlight
In this fantasy, demons and angels have gotten into a war on earth, causing the human race to be in danger. New creatures have been coming to the top to help start the world over. Our protagonists is a werewolf, who has to learn how to take care of his daughter on his own, and find ways to survive his new life. Through it he has to watch over his new mistress, fight battles, and learn who the person is that killed his pack. He'll face some hard journeys, and might find new love, but only time will be able to tell if his past wounds can heal. Now, I'd like to give recognition to my friends who have helped participate in creating some of these characters in this book. I will tell you guys now that I honestly have pretty much everything else down besides the ending so yeah. Also I will try to update every Friday, but I'm not for sure if I'll be able to. Writing can be difficult. If I am late I'll just add a short story about a character.Complet
