Have you experienced of having a hard time to comprehend on what you are seeing is real or not?

I always experience them ever since that incident happened and I wish not tell to anyone. I wish that everyone wouldn't know this part of me, for this is my dark side slipping through its cage from my deepest and darkest part of my mind.
