I'm having this weight loss journal in order not to lose my motivation through my goal journey.I've done this several times before, but, after all, right now I am fatter than I have ever been. I know what I am supposed to eat, and what should I do in general, so I hope this will turn out better than before. My goal is 60 kg, which equals 132 lbs , considering I am 172 cm tall. Let's hope for the best
