Valentina isn't a rich girl but a country girl. At school she's one of the popular girls, she's a cheerleader and dating one of the popular boys in school. Her life is going good, until strange things start happening and she starts feeling bad. What happens when she finds out that she has cancer? Valentina gets really sick and ends up in a coma. She's not dead however she's not alive either, she's somewhere in the middle. This is where she meets a boy named Axel. Axel is also in a coma because of cancer. Will something start between Valentina and Axel? Will they die or wake up from a coma? Read and see.
