Audrey West  is a homeless 17 year old girl who waits in a pizza dumpster until the owner of the Pizza Palace came out to throw away the left overs, but when a small 9 year old boy, Michael, goes dumspter diving for a birthday present for his older brother, he brings Audrey home with him instead, to his practically rich parents. Homeless no longer, Audrey is taken in by the Brooks and starts to form a bond with Michael the one who changed her life....

Jake Brooks is your typical good looking, charming, player who is in every girls head, and Michael's older brother, but when a homeless girl shows up on his birthday and refuses every move he makes... which has never happen before, for Jake Brooks.... he becomes determined to win her.
