Maddy Parish- a stereotypical teenage girl. She's got two parents; a mom and dad, a twin brother and a cat called Rita. 

When her brother's old friend moves in next door. Things start to stir up a little bit. 

He's the new player and bad-boy of their school. Maddy remains the quiet girl at the back of the class. 

They're quite polar opposites but when they're spending a lot of time together at home, have the same timetable and have to set a project together. They realise they have more in common than at first thought.
