Long before Lucifer was cast down, he was gods favorite, and was in love with an angel named Cara.

His actions tore them apart, and ended their love story in tragedy.

They stayed apart for Millenniums, but no matter what they wouldn't leave one another's mind.

When Lucifer was set free the first time by Cara's  friends Sam an Dean, she ran. 

Dean told her it was safe to come back, and she returned to them.

But, what happens when Lucifer comes back in Cas to help defeat the darkness, and Cara comes face to face with Lucifer for the first time in a while.
