Frisk succeeded,
The monsters were freed.

They came up to the surface,
and although the humans weren't all that acceptive of the new inhabitants, the humans didn't start another war.

The monsters were glad of the fact, but some monsters still had their doubts.

They wanted to be prepared for when the humans backstabbed them, so they would be able to fight back.

So those with doubts gathered in numbers, built an information network, trained themselves, and waited.

Frisk taught them not all humans were bad, but what the timelines show is that the nice open-minded ones were the, very, tiny majority.

And here's where you show up.
