Y/n Y/l/n is the Doppelgänger of Elena Gilbert and Katherine Pierce and manny more, you have been with Stefan for 3 years and his brother Damon envies that. And one day Stefan heads out of town with Jeremy, Tyler, Matt, Caroline, Enzo, Alaric and Bonnie you weren't  feeling good so I decided to stay behind Stefan was going to stay but You told him to go and have fun (bad choice) Damon insisted he'd stay and keep me company. (again bad!) 
One night you had a nightmare and woke up in a cold sweat and screaming bloody murder Damon dashes by your side and comforts you and gets a little to touchy and you give in and it turns into a heated night. When Stefan returned you and Damon keep the secret until one day you find out your pregnant!! And it's not by your beloved boyfriend Stefan but his hot but dick of a brother. What happens next?? You know, the idea of ending up in a fictional world such as this was supposed to be funny especially as Elena Gilbert because it could be throughly entertaining and disastrous. She was pretty young, but it wasn't important, because she was a lot like the person that created her, mean, evil, manipulative, blood thirsty, she used every source to get to her goal and she never really had troubles with killing others. She was a true monster, but she had one or two flaws that she had to deal with. She was often feeling lonely, she was holding on to the past to much and besides that she also had a real problem with drinking way to much vodka and getting involved in to things she shouldn't. But then one day she met Tyler, a newly made hybrid that told her something that made her return to Mystic Falls, her old home, even if she swore to herself years ago that she'll never go back again. A baby's cry pierces the air as the midwife passes the baby to the awaiting hands of the father. Damon happily takes the baby from her hands holding her close to his chest not worried about the blood most likely staining his clothes. As quickly as the moment began it was lost, Damon was pushed out of the small room the baby still in his hands. "Stop! Wait! What's going on?" Damon yells trying to get back into the room. That's when he gets a look into the room noticing the many midwives rushing around attaching things to his wife lying on the bed, covered in blood and sweat from just giving birth. "Ruby! Ruby!" Damon yells over the loud cries of the baby in his arms. Damon stops yelling the shock to great. He hears the midwife's declare her dead, the blood loss to severe. In that one lonely moment Damon realizes that he will do everything he can to keep the little girl in his arms safe, no matter the cost. --------- Angels Mother died when she was only a few minutes old leaving her in the hands of her father, the great Damon Salvatore. Who knew that that one special little girl would later have three of the most powerful men in the world wrapped around her finger? ------ This is kind of an AU but I will follow the plot the best I can. I asked, standing with my hands on my hips. "No, I hope to get to know her when you're ready." He said, and I blinked, a little astonished that he would be so cool with me having a child. Most dominant male wolves are against the idea of their mates ever having been with another. Hope Mayson was only 18 when her whole world shifted, and her best friend died. She died and left everything to Hope, including her baby daughter, Elena. To keep Elena safe from her father, Hope took her newly adopted daughter and ran. For 5 years, Hope kept Elena safe until Hope's mate, Jack, came into their lives, and soon the past catches up with the present.

Based on season Three of TVD... Caroline throws Elena and Ellie a party at the Salvatore boarding house for their 18th. Klaus and Stefan learn Damon has been following them, so Stefan returns home and kills Damon's girlfriend, Andie, as a warning. In an attempt to bring Stefan back, Ellie and Alaric go to Tennessee in search of Stefan and Klaus. Tyler learns that his mom has taken Caroline. Stefan and Klaus visit Chicago, where Stefan gets flashbacks that he was friends with Klaus and that he was in love with his sister, Rebekah. Katherine calls Damon and tells him Stefan and Klaus are in Chicago. Tyler and Elena enlisted Sheriff Forbes. Klaus and Stefan visit a witch, trying to figure out why Klaus's attempts at making hybrids continue to fail. The witch tortures Stefan and finds out that the doppelgänger is still alive. Katherine shows up and kills the witch to help Stefan protect his one true love. Klaus brings Stefan back to Mystic Falls to see what Stefan's hiding. The seniors hold a prank night at school, and Klaus shows up and finds Ellie's still alive. Klaus feeds Tyler his blood. Klaus then realised he needed Ellie's blood to successfully create hybrids. Damon and Katherine go on a road trip to try and find Mikael. Klaus compels a nurse to drain Ellie of her blood, but Damon shows up and tells Klaus Mikael is coming to town. Lexi appeared to Ellie, and they tried to get Stefan's humanity back before Ellie gave up on him. Bonnie is reunited with her grandmother. Jeremy can now touch Anna, and Ellie sees them kissing. Rebekah reveals to Ellie and Elena how they became vampires. Stefan enlists Bonnie's help in hiding the coffins he and Ellie took from Klaus. Klaus has one of his hybrids hit Jeremy with a car. However, Alaric is hit instead. It is revealed that it isn't working the same way, and it does not fully heal him. It's Caroline's 18th, Matt, Ellie, Elena, and Bonnie surprise her with a party to send off her human self. Jeremy leaves.
