REWRITE OF "A Pirate's Tale"
To pirates, Selene Silver is infamous. To pirates, she is the second worst person to run across on the open sea - the first being Davy Jones himself. She is ruthless, yet kind. A true pirate who could easily become a pirate lord if she set her mind to it.
To the high class of Port Royal, Selene Corkweather is the desirable maiden. Second to none, not even young, new to society, Elizabeth Swann can take her spot. Her father leads the shipping industry and refuses to marry her off to just anybody.
He is the reason she has become such a successful pirate and lady at the same time. Juggling two very different lives is hard, so what happens when it all blows up in Selene's face? What happens when Jack Sparrow is the reason her cleverly hidden second life is revealed?
Pirates don't get fairytale endings, but they make a good story.
