Brooklyn is an average 15 year old who lives in the shadow of all the other students at school. And by the way, she literally lives in beanies. She uses them  as a sort of comforting hiding place. 

But sometimes even the smallest woollen sock gets pulled out of a dryer at some point. 

Somehow, Brooke's world manages to collide with Noah Daniels, the most popular guy in the school.
