Lillian King is a seventeen year old military kid. She has been home schooled her whole life. She is ambitious and determined to do good. One day she decides to join a pen pal program. That is how she meets Sebastian. Sebastian has no idea what he is doing with his life. All he knows is that he is going to play Hockey. That is all he ever thinks about besides protecting his mother and younger brother from his crazy father who just might show up at the wrong time. His mother knows that he needs to talk to someone, so she makes him join the same program as Lillian. The two will exchange many letter but what happens when it becomes something more than writing letters back and forth?
