Mike Shinobi is a born trainer. His parents were both elite trainers and had competed in multiple competitions and gyms. It was at one of these gyms that Mike's mom disappeared. She left Mike and his father, Jason, alone. Jason had to take up a job as a cashier in a local pokeshop and end his journey early, passing up the opportunity to enter the Indigo League. Poor and finally turning ten years old, Mike leaves with a substitute starter and a lot of promise. On the way he tries to live up to his parents legacy. One way or another.

As the title suggests, this story will be based on what happens after the events of "Risen from Betrayal". 1 year after becoming the Champion of Alola and Pokemon Master, Ash Ketchum and his childhood friend & rival, Gary Oak, begin their adventures in the Galar region. However, as their adventures begin to progress, old and new foes stand in their way while making new friends and reuniting with old friends. For those who have not read my "Risen from Betrayal", I suggest you to do so as it allows you to get an understanding of the context behind this story. There may be a lot of content to read (108 parts), but trust me, it will help you a lot. All pictures used in this story belong rightfully to their owners and only the storyline belongs to me.
