Murderers, criminals, and insane men and women are sentenced to live on the lawless island in the middle of the ocean. It is because of a ritual that each month 10 men and women of all ages are chosen to be shipped to the island to keep its inhabitants contained happily on their bloody island and keep them from trying to cross back onto shore. But what happens when one of those maniacs takes a liking to one of the sacrifices? How will that change the course of the cycle of death the island knew until now?
