Dr. Steven Kelly, a psychiatrist who graduated at the top of his class with a woman known as Harleen Quinzel. Funny how she landed in prison "clinically insane" and dating a mad-man...or...clown, now known as "Harley Quinn." Steven asked himself how the girl he once knew could have ended up in such a situation, and yet here he was, standing outside the steel door to her cell block, prepared to go in and give her a psych evaluation, for he did not think she was insane in the least bit. No, Steven believed she was manipulated and abused by the man who called himself "The Joker" and he had been the result of her declining mental state.
