When Zoe discovers who the alien is, it's a complete game changer because the alien is closer to her than she ever could have imagined. The story takes place in a small town surrounded by forest near the Oregon-California border. Of course it does, after all, the highest concentration of Qi is found in forests where ancient redwoods grow. You might be wondering, what is Qi? In Japan it is called "ki," and in India, "prana"." The ancient Egyptians referred to it as "ka," and the ancient Greeks as "pneuma." In Africa, it's known as "ashe" and in Hawaii as "mana." All credit goes to the producers of it, and I am not trying to steal any of their content from the game. About: Elias; a 16 year old boy is exploring an abandoned science lab with his friend when he comes across a time machine. He doesn't think it works, and steps inside. He is sucked into the future where the world has completely changed. He stepped out, revealing he was now in a new year: winter in 2038. Luckily, it was closed, and he went to find help. He came across Vincent, an android, who helps him explore the world in the future, and attempts to help Elias get back to 2022. However, there are obstacles. Some androids had developed a mind to kill each other. But Elias helps Vince survive, while Vince helps Elias travel back. Elias develops a close connection with Vince, and wants to stay with him in the future even though it is dangerous. He doesn't want to leave Vince in the world, but can't bring him back with him in the past since there are parts on Vince that aren't invented and will disintegrate. They need to figure something out, but what? Read on to find out... Notice: This story contains mentions of heavy violence, light gore, fear, suicide, and bugs.
