Winter Monroe and Jace Parkinson are best friends. They are neighbours too. But they are the opposite poles of each other. Winter is quiet and shy while Jace is popular.
Winter has a sister, Evangeline, that always hated and blamed her for their mother's death. They used to be inseparable.
While Jace is getting more attention, Winter tries to distant herself away from him. She thinks that they do not belong to the same world and that she's a burden to Jace.
How will Jace get her back? He loves his best friend and can't seem to live without her. He's gonna convince her that no matter how different they are, they're still best friends and nothing can change that.
*Short Prologue*
"Don't you see it Jace? We belong to two different world! How can we be friends when I'm a nerd and you're so popular?" Winter cried.
"Nothing can change our friendship Winter. I love you and I can't lose you as a friend!" Jace reasoned with her and grabbed her hand.
"Let's just take a break for now and if things get better, maybe we can be friends," Winter muttered as tears were formed in her eye. She then turned, pulled her hand out from his grip and walked away.

Alec Walker is someone who everyone knows and likes, though he doesn't consider himself to be one of the popular kids. He has brown hair, hazel eyes with the perfect mix of brown and green, and his side profile could make angels swoon. Neither of those two boys seem very different from each other, both are kind, well-liked, and very handsome. Even if they aren't friends, you wouldn't expect them to dislike each other.
