"Once this summer ends, that's it. Our story is over." Serena's voice does not sound like her own. Her once cheery demeanor is replaced with a melancholy tone. She's facing out the window, being careful not to let the rest of the group see her dejected expression. But I know.
"I won't let that happen!" Oliver exclaims. His face is passionate, almost like he's determined to make that his life long goal. "People will talk about us for decades! The Saturday night five."
Quiet chuckles come from the group. The small laughter starts to die down and is slowly replaced by the sound of the car's tires meeting the pavement.
Gracie sighs. "I think i just wanna get lost and drive forever."
