Sam is a Northerner in London, and she feels like she may as well be from another planet. But after a chance meeting with a musician, she soon finds herself in a whole new world which doesn't just consist of sex, drugs and rock & roll. Rivalry, forbidden friendship and budding romances soon become part of her new life. How will she adapt, especially given her medical condition? Sometimes you can find stability - and love - in the most unexpected places... This story mainly focuses on my OC - an awkwardly shy teenage girl with low self esteem and a health condition, and her evolving relationship with the secluded, moody yet enigmatic Brett, after she somewhat hastily becomes involved with his housemate and rival, the self-assured, likeable Damon. But is all as simple as it seems? Inspired by the Britpop era of the 90's and the rivalries between two bands and their frontmen - who in this story are frenemies. Please don't judge too harshly. And as always your feedback is greatly appreciated. Enjoy!
