A particular somebody gave Sebby over to the undertaker and Ciel is now stuck without his butler in his mansion. Feeling bored, the young master went exploring and came across Sebby's room and after he was assaulted by various stray cats that emerged from Sebastian's closet, he found a portal in their place which was the only way Sebby could fit so many cats in there. But upon closer inspection, Ciel was sucked into the portal and wound up in ouran high school with a bunch of 'hosts' dressed as butlers as the theme for the day.
