This is a fanfiction about Luke Hemmings and the reader. Y/N is 18 and she's going to a 5 Seconds of Summer concert and is wearing long sleeves since she self harms herself... While Luke is on the stage singing he notices when she puts her hands up and enjoys their songs he notices some scars and scratches on her arm... He calls her up to the stage to tell her that everything is going to be okay and that everyone is with her. Luke decides to give Y/N his number and decided to try to get to know her better. As Luke and Y/N get to know each other better, Luke starts to get attached to her. One day Y/N was driving to meet up with Luke for a dinner date and gets into a bad car accident. She has severe injuries. She goes into a coma and wakes up to see Luke and looks confused and says to him, "Who is this?"
