Let me tell you a story.
There was a girl. She was outgoing and fun. There was never a day in her life where she felt unfulfilled or uninterested. Teachers adored her; she was smart and she was going places. She lived her life surrounded by friends because it was impossible not to love her. Her laugh was infectious. Her heart was pure.
But she was also reckless. She did something that could never be undone. For that very reason she closed her eyes every night wishing she wouldn't wake up. She woke up every morning with the same sinking disappointment in the pit of her stomach.
She made a promise to herself that she'd live one more month trying to live the life she intended before owning up to her mistake.
And after she came clean, she'd end her life.
