All my life I've only been a guide. Stuck in this wretched Oni mansion for eternity watching people die right in my arms-Never able to save or protect them. I guess I didn't learn my lesson, because I've apparently made another deal before I was ripped from my memory. Now I had the chance to save the next group of people who happened to stumble upon the gruesome, merciless Oni and be stuck inside the mansion until they die. I finally had the chance to be more than a guide...maybe even a protector. Armed with only a sword, my knowledge of helping the wounded and my wit, I'm now left out in the open, inexperienced and vulnerable.
And yet did I regret it? Never.

Things get even more complicated to the point where she's questioning her own sanity when a familiar person speaks to her in her head and she starts to see some questionable, bizarre stuff. Follow Y/N as she uncovers shocking secrets from the past, meets and befriends amazingly weird people, and develop skills like sword fighting that she didn't even know she had. She will learn from and teach her new friends, as well as learn the importance of teamwork and following her heart, no matter what threats, obstacles, horrible truths and heart wrenching things are thrown at her.
