The year is 2030. The world is at the brink of Nuclear destruction. Ten years ago, history was made. The leaders of every nation got together to sign a Historic declaration of world peace, from which global demilitarization ensued. Following these major historical events, was the worldwide signing of the NWE(Nuclear Weapons Extinction) Act, which disavowed the use and future use of all and any nuclear weapons. National Army were to be downsized as well. Many people thank the French, German, Russian and US presidents for these historical moments, as they were the first to practice diplomacy and put it to good use. The year is 2030. The world is at the brink of Nuclear destruction. Barclay Dennis, twin brother of the heroic Sgt. Jolie Dennis who died in what was thought to be the Last War in existence, suffers from many mental illnesses. However, he is confident in his self diagnosis. Indifferent to the possible nuclear Fallout, Barclay spends his days thinking about a romantic interest who's lived in California since he's known her. He also forgets every now and then that his sister died, which he only realizes after trying to open the door to his guest room, which is now memorialized and locked, in her honor. Barclay's life begins to change when he is greeted by a visual representation of his mental illnesses, and they try and convince him to switch over to the dark side and meet another visual representation, this time, woman known as Susan Tidal, or Sue for short. Barclay is at the brink of self destruction, ensued from a questionable reality and conspiracy when he receives a knock on his door from two detectives...
