Life works in mysterious ways, even more, mysterious when two polar opposite girls meet just by a twist of fate. 

Ruby is a nineteen-year-old girl, aspiring as a photographer who lives with her mother in England, well known by everyone in town, because of her constant bright and bubbly attitude, and the sweetness she has for everyone around her.

While all the way on the other side of the world in California, lives a rebellious, seventeen-year-old girl, a guitarist named Brittany in a local rising band called Saving Fate, she lives with her abusive, mother and father who is a well-known author. Brittany is always depressed and because of which she is very self-destructive.

How can two very different girls, who don't belong in each other's lives, suddenly become so dependent of each other?
